Joe Wargo, CPA
Joe has designed, implemented and or audited manufacturing cost systems in both small and large companies from heavy machinery to plastic injection, from industrial concrete structures to textiles and footwear.
Familiar with explosive growth Joe’s clients included a company listed among Inc. Magazine’s 500 Fastest Growing Companies five years in a row and nonprofit that grew from 14 employees to over 100 in 5 months.

Hector Garcia, EA
Hector has also served the Chief Executive Officer (CFO) for a local landscaping company where he designed and implemented all accounting, internal control and HR procedures for since its inception. A company of some 80 staff he is well acquainted with the challenges facing growing businesses.
He served his country in the U.S. Army and Texas Army National Guard for eight years and later graduated with honors from Texas State University with a degree in Accounting.
Having previously worked with other local CPA firms Hector is well acquainted with a variety of accounting and tax software including Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, Wave, ProSeries, CCH ProSystem fx Tax, CFS Tax, EasyACCT, as well as Microsoft Word & Excel.
Hector recognizes the uniqueness of each client - even those from within the same industry. This gives him the ability to advise clients closely on a personal level.
He holds Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas State University where he graduated with honors.
Hector has lived in Buda, Texas for fourteen years.
Johnna has been in the accounting field for almost 30 years. She has an extensive background in banking, customer service, oil & gas, insurance, payroll and construction - both commercial and residential.
She is a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor and a Notary Public for the State of Texas.
Having worked with other local CPA firms she is well acquainted with the challenges that owner-operated business and start-ups face.
Johnna has represented clients in Texas sales tax and TXDOT audits and assisted clients undergoing IRS audits as well.
You can also find her name in the Texas State History Museum as she was part of the subcontractor group who had a part in the building of it.

Johnna is a native Texan and when she is not at work, she loves to fish, hike and explore new places in the great outdoors.
Johnna has lived in Buda, Texas for four years.
